   No repair necessary since we obtained correct output.  When testing,
   confirm that:
   VDC = +15 Volt, 350-375 mA.
   PWIN = 50 ns or more.
   VIN = +3 to +5 Volts.
   VAMP:  0 to +10 VDC.
   VPW:  0 to +10 VDC.
   Enable:  Open circuited.
