	Convert the board to DM_ETH instead of legacy networking. This requires a minor addition to the DT to satisfy the requirement for specifying a PHY node. 	Import iMX53 M53Menlo device tree from Linux next-20190607 3f310e51ceb1 . Enable DT control in full U-Boot . Add U-Boot extras into separate DTSi, the GPIO controllers need to be inited early, otherwise m53_set_clock() won't be able to detect the correct CPU clock frequency by reading the GPIO.
