2018-08-13arm: socfpga: fix device trees to work with DM serialSimon Goldschmidt
Device trees need to have the serial console device available before relocation and require a stdout-path in chosen at least for SPL to have a console. Signed-off-by: Simon Goldschmidt <simon.k.r.goldschmidt@gmail.com>
2018-05-07SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2018-02-15arm: socfpga: fix qspi flash compatible (add "spi-flash")Simon Goldschmidt
This patch adds "spi-flash" to the compatible list of the qspi flash chip for all socfpga boards. This is required to make qspi work on these boards on top of the recent fixes. Without the "spi-flash" compatible string for the flash chip, the speed cannot be read and a speed of 0Hz is used (which results in a divide-by-zero on these boards). 2015-12-20arm: socfpga: arria5-socdk: Probe DWC2 UDC from OF instead of hard-coded dataMarek Vasut
This patch adds the necessary OF alias for the UDC node, which let's the code locate the DWC2 UDC base address in OF instead of hard-coding it into the U-Boot binary. The code is adjusted to use the address from OF instead of the hard-coded one. Finally, the hard-coded address is removed and USB DM support is enabled. 2015-08-23arm: socfpga: Fix SD/MMC boot on ArriaV SoCDKMarek Vasut
Add the missing DT nodes, so that ArriaV SoCDK can boot from SD card. The SD card must be in slot J5 and BSEL must be 0x5. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marex@denx.de>
2015-08-08arm: dts: socfpga: Fix SPI aliasesMarek Vasut
The SPI aliases are completely wrong. First, they point to non-existing /spi@.* nodes instead of the correct /soc/spi@.* nodes. Second, the use ad-hoc string instead of a handle. Furthermore, they are copied multiple times in each board DTS. So fix it such that we move these into socfpga.dtsi and make them use the usual handles.
