2012-07-07arm/kirkwood: protect the ENV_SPI #definesValentin Longchamp
So that they can be redefined by some boards specific values. Signed-off-by: Valentin Longchamp <valentin.longchamp@keymile.com> Signed-off-by: Holger Brunck <holger.brunck@keymile.com> cc: Prafulla Wadaskar <prafulla@marvell.com>
2012-07-07kw_spi: support spi_claim/release_bus functionsValentin Longchamp
These two function nows ensure that the MPP is configured correctly for the SPI controller before any SPI access, and restore the initial configuration when the access is over. Since the used pins for the SPI controller can differ (2 possibilities for each signal), the used pins are configured with CONFIG_SYS_KW_SPI_MPP. 2012-07-07kirkwood: add save functionality kirkwood_mpp_conf functionValentin Longchamp
If a second non NULL argument is given to the kirkwood_mpp_conf function, it will be used to store the current configuration of the MPP registers. mpp_save must be a preallocated table of the same size as mpp_list and it must be zero terminated as well. A later call to kirkwood_mpp_conf function with this saved list as first (mpp_conf) argment will set the configuration back. 2011-10-27ARM: kirkwood: reduce dependence of including platform fileLei Wen
For files like the drivers/serial/serial.c, it must include the platform file, as the CONFIG_SYS_NS16550_COM1 must reference to the definition in the platform definition files. Include the platform definition file in the config file, so that it would decouple the dependence for the driver files. Signed-off-by: Lei Wen <leiwen@marvell.com>
2011-10-05board configs: drop NET_MULTI referencesMike Frysinger
Now that none of the core checks CONFIG_NET_MULTI, there's not much point in boards defining it. So scrub all references to it. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
2011-08-04drivers/rtc: add Marvell Integrated RTCJason Cooper
This driver can be used for kirkwood SoCs by enabling CONFIG_RTC_MV. Tested on Global Scale Technologies Dreamplug. Signed-off-by: Jason Cooper <u-boot@lakedaemon.net>
2011-07-04arm/kirkwood: if CONFIG_SOFT_I2C is set don't set CONFIG_I2C_MVTWSIHolger Brunck
Some boards e.g. keymile arm boards have CONFIG_CMD_I2C switched on but they use soft i2c on kirkwood. So don't switch CONFIG_I2C_MVTWSI on in this case. 2011-05-11Kirkwood: allow to override CONFIG_SYS_TCLKSimon Guinot
This patch allow to override CONFIG_SYS_TCLK from board configuration files. This is needed for the Network Space v2 which use a non standard core clock frequency (166MHz instead of 200MHz for a 6281 SoC). As a possible enhancement for 6281 and 6282 devices, TCLK could be dynamically detected by checking the Sample at Reset register bit 21. Additionally this patch fix a typo. 2011-02-21mv: seperate kirkwood and armada from common settingLei Wen
Since there are lots of difference between kirkwood and armada series, it is better to seperate them but still keep the most common file shared by all marvell platform in the mv-common configure file. This patch move the kirkwood only driver definitoin in mv-common to the <soc_name>/config.h. This patch is tested with compilation for armada100 and guruplug. 2010-10-13Kirkwood: print_cpuinfo fixed for valid devid revidPrafulla Wadaskar
Earlier Device Identification register was used to detect the type for SoC, considering 88F6282 support to be added, It is not possible to detect the same using current algorithm. With this patch, device ID is being read using PCIE devid register, also valid chip revision ID will also be read and displayed Signed-off-by: Prafulla Wadaskar <prafulla@marvell.com>
2010-08-08cmd_ide: add support for KirkwoodPrafulla Wadaskar
Added MVSATAC definitions to Kirkwood. Added support for Kirkwood in cmd_ide. Signed-off-by: Prafulla Wadaskar <prafulla@marvell.com>
2010-07-12mvgbe: add support for orion5x GbE controllerAlbert Aribaud
Add definitions and initialization in orion5x for mvgbe. Add orion5x in mvgbe SoC includes. Signed-off-by: Albert Aribaud <albert.aribaud@free.fr> Acked-by: Prafulla Wadaskar <prafulla@marvell.com> Signed-off-by: Ben Warren <biggerbadderben@gmail.com>
2010-07-12mvgbe: support SoCs other than kirkwoodAlbert Aribaud
Rename all references to kirkwood in mvgbe symbols throughout the whole codebase. Signed-off-by: Albert Aribaud <albert.aribaud@free.fr> Acked-by: Prafulla Wadaskar <prafulla@marvell.com> Signed-off-by: Ben Warren <biggerbadderben@gmail.com>
2010-04-13Move architecture-specific includes to arch/$ARCH/include/asmPeter Tyser
This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with. Signed-off-by: Peter Tyser <ptyser@xes-inc.com>
