AM/DM37x SoCs add the CTRL_WKUP_CTRL register. It contains the
GPIO_IO_PWRDNZ bit, which is required to be set to enable the I/O pads
of gpio_126, gpio_127 and gpio_129.

DM3730 needs some additional pin mux configuration for GPIOs
126-129 to work, add it.

files to <asm/arch-omap3/mux.h>

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory
layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with.
