2018-05-07SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel styleTom Rini
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2018-01-30Convert CONFIG_SYS_BOOT_GET_{CMDLINE, KBD} to KconfigDerald D. Woods
This converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SYS_BOOT_GET_CMDLINE CONFIG_SYS_BOOT_GET_KBD Signed-off-by: Derald D. Woods <woods.technical@gmail.com>
2016-05-17m68k: add malloc memory for early mallocangelo@sysam.it
To use serial uclass and DM, CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_F must be used. So CONFIG_SYS_GENERIC_GLOBAL_DATA has been undefined and call to board_init_f_mem() is added for all cpu's. Signed-off-by: Angelo Dureghello <angelo@sysam.it> Acked-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2015-03-28generic-board: select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD for some architecturesMasahiro Yamada
We have done with the generic board conversion for all the boards of ARC, Blackfin, M68000, MicroBlaze, MIPS, NIOS2, Sandbox, X86. Let's select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD for those architectures, so we can tell which architecture has finished the conversion at a glance. 2010-10-29Replace CONFIG_RELOC_FIXUP_WORKS by CONFIG_NEEDS_MANUAL_RELOCWolfgang Denk
By now, the majority of architectures have working relocation support, so the few remaining architectures have become exceptions. To make this more obvious, we make working relocation now the default case, and flag the remaining cases with CONFIG_NEEDS_MANUAL_RELOC. 2010-10-18boot: change some arch ifdefs to feature ifdefsJohn Rigby
The routines boot_ramdisk_high, boot_get_cmdline and boot_get_kbd are currently enabled by various combinations of CONFIG_M68K, CONFIG_POWERPC and CONFIG_SPARC. Use CONFIG_SYS_BOOT_<FEATURE> defines instead. CONFIG_SYS_BOOT_RAMDISK_HIGH CONFIG_SYS_BOOT_GET_CMDLINE CONFIG_SYS_BOOT_GET_KBD Define these as appropriate in arch/include/asm/config.h files. 2010-04-13Move architecture-specific includes to arch/$ARCH/include/asmPeter Tyser
This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's directory layout which many U-Boot developers are already familiar with. Signed-off-by: Peter Tyser <ptyser@xes-inc.com>
