The generic bitops headers are required when calling logarithmic
functions, such as ilog2().

For some files I neglected to add a license. Rectify this:

comment to that effect:

This file also came from Linux - presumably someone from TI could add the
license:
include/dt-bindings/pinctrl/omap.h

local_irq_save() should be a macro, not a function
because local_irq_save() saves flag to the given argument.
GCC is silent about this issue, but Clang warns:
