At present there are two SPI functions only used by freescale which are
defined in the spi_flash.h header. One function name matches an existing
generic SPL function.
Move these into a private header to avoid confusion.
Arcturus looks like it does not actually support SPI, so drop the SPI code
from that board.

For malloc to work in SPL framework enable GD_FLG_FULL_MALLOC_INIT
flag in global data after allocating memory using mem_malloc_init.

The console includes a global variable and several functions that are only
used by a small subset of U-Boot files. Before adding more functions, move
the definitions into their own header file.

eMMC has no CD and WP pins, it needs to add board-specific
board_mmc_getcd() and board_mmc_getwp() in SPL to support
eMMC boot without external SD card inserted.

A new deep sleep interface is introduced to support generic
board structure. Converts it to use new interface.
Besides, added SPI/SD/NAND boot deep sleep support.

T1024RDB is a Freescale Reference Design Board that hosts the T1024 SoC.

prioritization and bandwidth allocation

- Two 10M/100M/1G RGMII ports on-board
