The GENIETV has only one NOR flash bank. Remove all code trying to
deal with a second bank. This also fixes a number of GCC 4.6 build
warnings:

Make (mostly) checkpatch clean (don't convert to use I/O accessors yet,
so there will be "Use of volatile is usually wrong" warnings left.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

instead CFG_MONITOR_LEN is now only used to determine _at_compile_
_time_ (!) if the environment is embedded within the U-Boot image,
or in a separate flash sector.
* Cleanup CFG_DER #defines in config files (wd maintained only)
