Clean up partial, full and compressed bitstream handling.
U-Boot supports full bitstream loading and partial
based on detection which is not 100% correct.
Extending fpga_load/fpga_loadbitstream() with one more
argument which stores bitstream type.

These calls should not be made directly any more, since bootstage
will call the show_boot_...() functions as needed.

When CONFIG_ENV_IS_NOWHERE, got following warning:
mv_common.c:32:14: warning: 'entries_to_keep' defined but not used.
Get rid of this warning.

Doesn't make sense to provide this function to boards which defined
CONFIG_ENV_IS_NOWHERE. Such a board gets a linking error because
common/env_nowhere.c doesn't define saveenv().
