Move all of the status LED feature to drivers/led/Kconfig.
The LED status definitions were moved from the board configuration
files to the defconfig files.
TBD: Move all of the definitions in the include/status_led.h to the
relevant board's defconfig files.
Tested boards: CL-SOM-AM57x, CM-T335

The weak mxs_adjust_memory_params function is called from spl_mem_init.c,
so it must be linked into the SPL to have an effect. Move it from
mx23_olinuxino.c to spl_boot.c.
This change was verified by reading back the register values.

Add fine-tuning for the DRAM configuration according to the DRAM chip
datasheet. THis configuration applies to both Hynix HY5DU12622DTP and
Samsung K5H511538J-D43 .

Enable the power to the USB port only when the USB port is really needed.
Do not enable the power unconditionally.
