These are all the files which use the API incorrectly but did not get
built using MAKEALL -a powerpc|arm. I have no compiler for them, but
the remaining issues should be far less than without this patch.
Any outstanding issues are left to the maintainers of boards that use
these drivers.

This patch use blackfin errno.h implementation which
correspond Linux kernel one.
MIPS implemetation is different that's why I keep it.
I removed ppc_error_no.h from Marvell boards which
was the same too.
I have got ack from ppc40x, blackfin, arm, coldfire and avr custodians.

This patch adds support for the Prodrive P3M750 (PPC750 & MV64460)
and the P3M7448 (MPC7448 & MV64460) PMC modules. Both modules are
quite similar and share the same board directory "prodrive/p3mx"
and the same config file "p3mx.h".
