Various files are needlessly rebuilt every time due to the version and
build time changing. As version.h is not actually needed, remove the
include.

The check of data became severe from newest gcc.
This patch checked in gcc-4.2 and 4.3 .

We can built 'make sh7785lcr_32bit_config'. And add new command "pmb"
for this mode. This command changes PMB for using 512MB system memory.
