The change is currently needed to be able to remove the board
configuration scripting from the top level Makefile and replace it by
a simple, table driven script.
Moving this configuration setting into the "CONFIG_*" name space is
also desirable because it is needed if we ever should move forward to
a Kconfig driven configuration system.

Supporting new machine ids for SoCs spear310 and spear320
include/asm-arm/mach-types.h has to be updated before applying
this patch for build to work

SPEAr320 SoC support contains basic spear320 support along with the
usage of following drivers
- serial driver(UART)
- i2c driver
- smi driver
- nand driver(FSMC)
- usbd driver
- emi driver(cfi support)
