2015-08-13kconfig: add config option for shell promptNikita Kiryanov
Add option to set shell prompt string from menuconfig and migrate boards globally. The migration is done as follows: - Boards that explicitly and unconditionally set CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT had the entry moved to their defconfig files. - Boards that defined some kind of #ifdef logic which selects the CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT (for example qemu-mips) got an #undef CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT right before the #ifdef logic and were left alone. - This change forces CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT to be a per board decision, and thus CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT was removed from all <soc>_common.h and <arch>_common.h files. This results in a streamlined default value across platforms, and includes the following files: spear-common, sunxi-common, mv-common, ti_armv7_common, tegra-common, at91-sama5_common, and zynq-common. - Boards that relied on <arch/soc>_common.h values of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT were not updated in their respective defconfig files under the assumption that since they did not explicitly define a value, they're fine with whatever the default is. - On the other hand, boards that relied on a value defined in some <boards>_common.h file such as woodburn_common, rpi-common, bur_am335x_common, ls2085a_common, siemens_am33x_common, and omap3_evm_common, had their values moved to the respective defconfig files. - The define V_PROMPT was removed, since it is not used anywhere except for assigning a value for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT. 2015-06-25Move defaults from config_cmd_default.h to KconfigJoe Hershberger
This sets the default commands Kconfig to match include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes them from include/configs. 2015-06-01net: Move the CMD_NET config to defconfigsJoe Hershberger
This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board. Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET. This moves the config that was defined by 60296a8 (commands: add more command entries in Kconfig). Signed-off-by: Joe Hershberger <joe.hershberger@ni.com>
2015-05-12Clean all defconfigs with savedefconfigJoe Hershberger
In order to reduce merge conflicts and to maintain the simplest possible defconfig files, we should be using the savedefconfig feature of Kconfig every time a new feature is added. This keeps the defconfig settings to a minimum (only those things not default) and keeps them in the same order as the Kconfig options. 2015-02-21ARM: at91: move board select menu and common settingsMasahiro Yamada
The board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is still big. To slim down it, this commit moves AT91 boards to arch/arm/mach-at91/Kconfig. Also, consolidate "config SYS_SOC" in each board Kconfig. The Kconfig files under board/ directory were modified with the following command: find board -name Kconfig | xargs sed -i -e ' /config SYS_SOC/ { N /default "at91"/ { N d } } ' Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.m@jp.panasonic.com> Acked-by: Andreas Bießmann <andreas.devel@googlemail.co>
2015-02-07ARM: at91: mmc portA support is only for at91sam9g20ek_2mmc boardWu, Josh
Current the MMC support will enable MCI port A, Which is only exist for 2mmc board. So by default we need to disable MMC (port A) support. And only enable it for 2mmc board. Otherwise, dataflash won't work in at91sam9260ek board as MMC has confliction with Dataflash in the CLK pin. Signed-off-by: Josh Wu <josh.wu@atmel.com>
