This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board.
Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET.
This moves the config that was defined by 60296a8 (commands: add more
command entries in Kconfig).

Gose board has three SDHI port.
This adds GPIO configuration and initialization function of SDHI, and
enables MMC command.

The gose board has R8A7793, 1GB DDR3-SDRAM, USB, Ethernet, and more.
This patch supports the following functions:
- DDR3-SDRAM
- SCIF
- QSPI
- SPI
