The default value of CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN is defined by ./Kconfig
as 0x400. Each defconfig or Kconfig need not repeat the same value.

Since commit e02ee2548afe (kconfig: switch to single .config
configuration), the prefixes in defconfig files such as "+S:",
"+ST:", etc., are meaningless.
This commit was generated by the following command:
find configs -name '*_defconfig' | xargs sed -i 's/^+*S*T*://'

gw_ventana can boot from SPI or NAND and both of these interfaces boot from
the same 0x400 offset.
This means that we could simplify the code and replace the custom gw_ventana.cfg
with the generic spl_sd.cfg, as it provides the same boot offset of 0x400.

It should not be added to CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS.

This commit adds:
- arch/${ARCH}/Kconfig
provide a menu to select target boards
- board/${VENDOR}/${BOARD}/Kconfig or board/${BOARD}/Kconfig
set CONFIG macros to the appropriate values for each board
- configs/${TARGET_BOARD}_defconfig
default setting of each board

In Linux Kernel, defconfig files are located under
arch/${ARCH}/configs/ directory.
It works in Linux Kernel since ARCH is always given from the
command line for cross compile.
But in U-Boot, ARCH is not given from the command line.
Which means we cannot know ARCH until the board configuration is done.
That is why all the "*_defconfig" files should be gathered into a
single directory ./configs/.
