Move Freescale/NXP Vybrid to a standard arch/board approach, similar
to what has been done to i.MX 6 earlier in commit 89ebc82137be ("ARM:
mx6: move to a standard arch/board approach").

Today, we have cases where we wish to build all of U-Boot in Thumb2 mode for
various reasons. We also have cases where we only build SPL in Thumb2 mode due
to size constraints and wish to build the rest of the system in ARM mode. So
in this migration we introduce a new symbol as well, SPL_SYS_THUMB_BUILD to
control if we build everything or just SPL (or in theory, just U-Boot) in
Thumb2 mode.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Move all cases of CONFIG_SYS_HUSH_PARSER out of the config.h files. Remove
all cases of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 as everyone uses the default.

Let's go with pure DT solution for board's
based on NXP/Freescale Vybrid platform.
- Merge the DT defconfig with non-DT defconfig for Toradex
Colibri VF50/VF61 and drop the non-DT defconfig.
- Update the legacy defconfigs for NXP/Freescale VF610 Tower
Board with DT.
- Update the legacy defconfigs for Phytec phyCORE-vybrid
Board with DT.

LPUART is seen on Freescale VF610 and QorIQ Layerscape devices.
Create a Kconfig option and move it to defconfig for all boards
that have this serial driver.
