In order to reduce merge conflicts and to maintain the simplest possible
defconfig files, we should be using the savedefconfig feature of Kconfig
every time a new feature is added. This keeps the defconfig settings to
a minimum (only those things not default) and keeps them in the same
order as the Kconfig options.

Since commit e02ee2548afe (kconfig: switch to single .config
configuration), the prefixes in defconfig files such as "+S:",
"+ST:", etc., are meaningless.
This commit was generated by the following command:
find configs -name '*_defconfig' | xargs sed -i 's/^+*S*T*://'

The board select menu in arch/arm/Kconfig is still big.
To slim down it, this commit moves AT91 boards to
arch/arm/mach-at91/Kconfig.
Also, consolidate "config SYS_SOC" in each board Kconfig.
The Kconfig files under board/ directory were modified with the
following command:
find board -name Kconfig | xargs sed -i -e '
/config SYS_SOC/ {
N
/default "at91"/ {
N
d
}
}
'

The code for this board supports following features:
- Boot media support: NAND flash/SD card/SPI flash
- Support LCD display (optional, disabled by default)
- Support ethernet
- Support USB mass storage
