It is good practice to include common.h as the first header. This ensures
that required features like the DECLARE_GLOBAL_DATA_PTR macro,
configuration options and common types are available.
Fix up some files which currently don't do this. This is necessary because
driver model will soon start using global data and configuration in the
dm/read.h header file, included via dm.h. The gd->fdt_blob value will be
used to access the device tree and CONFIG options will be used to
determine whether to support inline functions in the header file.

This header includes things that are needed to make driver build. Adjust
existing users to include that always, even if other dm/ includes are
present

Each time set_state is called, a new piece memory will
be allocated for pin_data, but not freed, this will
incur memory leak.
When error, the devm API could not free memory automatically.
So need call devm_kfree when error.

At present devices use a simple integer offset to record the device tree
node associated with the device. In preparation for supporting a live
device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to
access this field through an inline function.

Add CX9020 board based on mx53loco.
Add simplified imx53 base device tree from kernel v4.8-rc8, to reuse
serial_mxc with DTE and prepare for device tree migration of other
functions and imx53 devices.
The CX9020 differs from i.MX53 Quick Start Board by:
- use uart2 instead of uart1
- DVI-D connector instead of VGA
- no audio
- CCAT FPGA connected to emi
- enable rtc

There two iomuxc for i.MX6ULL. one iomuxc is compatible is i.MX6UL,
the other iomuxc is for SVNS usage, similar with the one in mx7.

Introudce i.MX7 pinctrl driver support.
For now only i.MX7D supported.
There are two iomux controllers in i.MX7D, iomuxc and iomuxc_lpsr.
To iomuxc_lpsr, ZERO_OFFSET_VALID is set, means offset of mux_reg
and conf_reg can begin at 0.

Introduce pinctrl for i.MX6
1. pinctrl-imx.c is for common usage. It's used by i.MX6/7.
2. Add PINCTRL_IMX PINCTRL_IMX6 Kconfig entry.
3. To the pinctrl_ops implementation, only set_state is implemented.
To i.MX6/7, the pinctrl dts entry is as following:

5. This driver is a simple implementation for i.mx iomux controller,
only parse the fsl,pins property and write value to registers.
