Now, arch/${ARCH}/include/asm/errno.h and include/linux/errno.h have
the same content. (both just wrap <asm-generic/errno.h>)
Replace all include directives for <asm/errno.h> with <linux/errno.h>.

In a number of places we had wordings of the GPL (or LGPL in a few
cases) license text that were split in such a way that it wasn't caught
previously. Convert all of these to the correct SPDX-License-Identifier
tag.

Some ethernet drivers use their own version of ethernet FCS length
macro which is really common. We define ETH_FCS_LEN in net.h and
replace those custom versions in various places.

side before dropping pullup, but keep it for debug.
