When using OF_PLATDATA, the bind process between devices and drivers
is performed trying to match compatible string with driver names.
However driver names are not strictly defined, and also there are different
names used when declaring a driver with U_BOOT_DRIVER, the name of the
symbol used in the linker list and the used in the struct driver_info.
In order to make things a bit more clear, rename the drivers names. This
will also help for further OF_PLATDATA improvements, such as checking
for valid driver names.

Enable this feature on sandbox by updating the SDL driver to have two
framebuffers.
Update the video tests to check that the copy framebuffer is kept in sync.

Add a devicetree property to select a rotated console. This uses the same
encoding as vidconsole itself: 0=normal; 1=90 degrees clockwise, 2=upside
down, 3=90 degrees anticlockwise.

Add a new device-tree property to control the colour depth. At present we
support 16bpp and 32bpp.

On high-DPI displays U-Boot's LCD window can look very small. Add a
-K flag to expand it to make things easier to read, while still using
the existing resolution internally.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

At present devices use a simple integer offset to record the device tree
node associated with the device. In preparation for supporting a live
device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to
access this field through an inline function.

For testing it is useful to be able to select the font size and the console
driver for sandbox. Add this information to platform data and copy it to
the video device when needed.

Add tests that check that the video console is working correcty. Also check
that text output produces the expected result. Test coverage includes
character output, wrapping and scrolling.

Add a simple LCD driver which uses SDL to display the image. We update the
image regularly, while still providing for reasonable performance.
Adjust the common lcd code to support sandbox.
For command-line runs we do not want the LCD to be displayed, so add a
--show_lcd option to enable it.
