When AE350 boots from flash, use CONFIG_OF_SEPARATE instead of
CONFIG_OF_BOARD.
Also remove unused code about prior_stage_fdt_address.
And modify CONFIG_SYS_FDT_BASE as flash address.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_BUS
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_CS
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MAX_HZ
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MODE
Most of time these value are not needed, CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT
with same value is used, so I introduced CONFIG_USE_ENV_SPI_*
to force the associated value for the environment.

I use moveconfig script and then manual check on generated u-boot.cfg
to solve the remaining issue.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

The ax25-ae350 target currently uses CONFIG_BOOTP_SERVERIP which means we
ignore the DHCP provided TFTP ip address. This breaks every case where we
do now provide a serverip environment variable.
Instead, let's use the new CONFIG_BOOT_PREFER_SERVERIP option to fall back
to the DHCP provided TFTP IP if no serverip environment variable is set.

Enable cfi flash driver and setup flash
parameters to support parallel nor flash
which type is JS28F00A-M29EWH.
Verification:
Size detection, data read, erase and write are all ok.
