Commit d245059ff797 ("ARM: rmobile: rcar-gen3: Activate bootm_size")
only fixed the superfluous CONFIG_SYS_BOOTMAPSZ for R-Car Gen3, even
though it listed all affected boards. Apply the same fix to Gen2.

The Gen2 TMU is fed with fixed 32.5 MHz signal from CP .
This is then divided by 4 in TMU. Fix the timer clock
setting in Gen2.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

Point the $loadaddr variable and default load address to a more sane
area, 256 MiB from the start of RAM. While it is convenient to use
uImage without copying, which is why the previous load address was
set the way it was, uImage is now legacy. This behavior could still
be easily retained by "setenv loadaddr 0x40007fc0" . The new setup
allows us to use for example modern fitImage with kernel_noload, so
use this as a new preferred default.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Convert the R8A7791 Porter board to DM and DT. This implies mostly
enabling the necessary configuration options and plucking out the
ad-hoc configuration from the board file. Moreover, the pre-reloc
malloc size was increased to allow the clock driver to start up
early without running out of malloc space and the early stack was
moved further up in the DRAM to avoid rewriting U-Boot itself.

fat.h unconditionally defines CONFIG_SUPPORT_VFAT (and has done since
2003), so as a result VFAT support is always enabled regardless of
whether a board config defines it or not. Drop this unnecessary option.

CONFIG_SYS_BARGSIZE is already defined to 512 in common/image.c when
not defined. Therefore, there is no point in having board
configuration files define it to 512.

Today, we have cases where we wish to build all of U-Boot in Thumb2 mode for
various reasons. We also have cases where we only build SPL in Thumb2 mode due
to size constraints and wish to build the rest of the system in ARM mode. So
in this migration we introduce a new symbol as well, SPL_SYS_THUMB_BUILD to
control if we build everything or just SPL (or in theory, just U-Boot) in
Thumb2 mode.

This series moves the CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE. First, in nearly all
cases we are mirroring the values used by the Linux Kernel here. Also,
so long as (and in this case, it is true) we implement flushes in hunks
that are no larger than the smallest implementation (and given that we
mirror the Linux Kernel, again we are fine) it is OK to align higher.
The biggest changes here are that we always use 64 bytes for CPU_V7 even
if for example the underlying core is only 32 bytes (this mirrors
Linux). Second, we say ARM64 uses 64 bytes not 128 (as found in the
Linux Kernel) as we do not need multi-platform support (to this degree)
and only the Cavium ThunderX 88xx series has a use for such large
alignment.

Some armv7 targets are missing a cache line size declaration.
In preparation for "arm: cache: Implement cache range check for v7"
patch, add these declarations with the appropriate value for
the target's SoC or CPU.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board.
Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET.

This option has a bool type, not hex.
Fix it and enable it if CONFIG_DM is on because Driver Model always
requires malloc memory. Devices are scanned twice, before/after
relocation. CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_F should be enabled to use malloc
memory before relocation. As it is board-independent, handle it
globally.

The lager, koelsch, alt, gose board supported in rmobile is
distinguished as the R-Car Gen2 series and has much common setting.
