CONFIG_CPU_ARM920T was introduced into Kconfig by commit 2e07c249a67e
(kconfig: arm: introduce symbol for ARM CPUs).
This commit removes all the defines of CONFIG_ARM920T and replaces the
only reference in drivers/usb/host/ohci-hcd.c with CONFIG_CPU_ARM920T.

CONFIG_STACKSIZE is not referenced anywhere except on AVR32, but present
in most ARM board config files.
IRQs are only enabled for 1 config, so remove the unused config options
for IRQ and FIQ stack size as well.

We provide a default table of { 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 }
in <config_fallbacks.h> which mkconfig places after <configs/...h> in
the generated config file. This is used when a board has not set its
own table.

Now that none of the core checks CONFIG_NET_MULTI, there's not much point
in boards defining it. So scrub all references to it.

This patch fixes compiler errors due to missing definitions of
CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM_BASE and CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR.
It also does some cleanup: CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE was moved to scb9328.h,
obsolete config.mk was removed. The scb9328 board has 1 DRAM bank, so don't
ask for more banks. CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS will ever be 1.

The 'trab' board configuration is broken, and there is nobody who is
interested and willing to fix it. Drop it.
This includes support for VFD displays which have always been used by
this board only.

CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE has always been just a bad workarond for not
being able to use "sizeof(struct global_data)" in assembler files.
Recent experience has shown that manual synchronization is not
reliable enough. This patch renames CONFIG_SYS_GBL_DATA_SIZE into
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE which gets automatically generated by the
asm-offsets tool. In the result, all definitions of this value can be
deleted from the board config files. We have to make sure that all
files that reference such data include the new <asm-offsets.h> file.
No other changes have been done yet, but it is obvious that similar
changes / simplifications can be done for other, related macro
definitions as well.

According to the doc/feature-removal-schedule.txt, the "autoscr"
command will be replaced by the "source" command in approximately 6
months from now.
This patch prepares this change and starts a 6 month transition
period as follows:
- The new "source" command has been added, which implements exactly
the same functionlaity as the old "autoscr" command before
- The old "autoscr" command name is kept as an alias for compatibility
- Command sequences, script files atc. have been adapted to use the
new "source" command
- Related environment variables ("autoscript", "autoscript_uname")
have *not* been adapted yet; these will be renamed resp. removed in
a separate patch when the support for the "autoscr" command get's
finally dropped.

The U-boot DM9000x driver contains a compile time bus-width definition for
the databus connected to the network controller.
This compile check makes the code unclear, inflexible and is unneccessary.
It can be asked to the network controller what its bus-width is by reading bits
6 and 7 of the interrupt status register.
The linux kernel already uses a runtime mechanism to determine this bus-width,
so the implementation below looks somewhat like that implementation.
This change has been tested with DM9000A, DM9000E, DM9000EP.
