It gets as far as I2C and then we need to discuss whether we can start to remove the old I2C framework. I think that ideally each entry in the init sequence should be enabled by at most one CONFIG, which is in Kconfig and is not arch-specific. 2017-03-17configs: move CMD_MD5SUM definition to defconfigsAndre Przywara
Boards with an apparent need for the md5sum command had the connected config symbol defined in their board header file. Move this over to the respective defconfig files now that md5sum is configured via Kconfig. (This is a manual effort, which differs from moveconfig.py, not sure who is right here. 2017-03-09ARM: Migrate errata to KconfigTom Rini
This moves all of the current ARM errata from various header files and in to Kconfig. This allows for a minor amount of cleanup as we had some instances where both a general common header file was enabling errata as well as the board config. 2017-01-31mmc: move CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC to KconfigMasahiro Yamada
Now, CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC seems equivalent to CONFIG_MMC. Let's create an entry for "config GENERIC_MMC" with "default MMC", then convert all macro defines in headers to Kconfig. Almost all of the defines will go away. I see only two exceptions: configs/blanche_defconfig configs/sandbox_noblk_defconfig They define CONFIG_GENERIC_MMC, but not CONFIG_MMC. Something might be wrong with these two boards, so should be checked later. Anyway, this is the output of the moveconfig tool. We convert CONFIG_PARTITION_UUIDS to Kconfig first. But in order to cleanly update all of the config files we must also update CMD_PART and CMD_GPT to also be in Kconfig in order to avoid complex logic elsewhere to update all of the config files.
