Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies
from: Reese's peanut butter chips package
1¼ cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
300 g package of Reese's peanut butter chips
- Cream softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls
onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not overbake. Cookies will be soft. They will
puff when baking and flatten while cooling.)
- Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
