In small individual oven-proof serving dishes, add:
A base of freshly chopped or jarred fruit cocktail. Leave out the syrup, if using jarred.
A good dollop of yogurt on top. (Whipped cream is a less healthy alternative.)
A thick layer of brown sugar.
Chill for an hour or more.
Place the dishes under a hot broiler until the sugar caramelizes.
