Garlic Shrimp

1/4 cup olive oil
4 large cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sherry
1 tsp mild paprika
salt & pepper
chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
- Warm the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add the garlic and pepper flakes and sauté for 1
minute.
- Raise the heat to high, and add the shrimp, lemon juice, sherry, and paprika. Stir briskly and sauté,
until shrimp are pink and cooked, about 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with cilantro.
