Adapted from www.recipesource.com. Quite salty and garlicky.
1/2 cup parsley, packed
3/4 cup basil, packed
1 medium garlic clove
1 oz / 28 g anchovy fillets, drained (alternatively: grated parmesan)
2 tbsp olive oil, plus additional to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
Puree all of the ingredients in a food processor. Add additional olive oil until the desired "sauciness" is reached.
Serve as a topping for 3 barbequed marinated & seasoned chicken breasts (bbq time around 6 minutes per side).
