Salmon Chowder

2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp flour
3 cups milk
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups cooked fresh salmon, flaked, or 2 184g cans
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt/pepper to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill, or 2 tsp. dried
