Spaghetti à l'Antler

spaghetti
broccoli florets
mushrooms (wild, mixture)
pea-meal bacon
olive oil
parmesan cheese
herbs, pepper
- Cook spaghetti in large pot of salted boiling water, adding 1 tbsp of oil. Add broccoli florets for last 5
minutes or so. Drain in colander. Return to pan and sprinkle with some oil. Toss.
- Meanwhile, fry the pea-meal bacon. Set the bacon aside (or not). Drain most of the fat. Then fry the mushrooms
in the same pan.
- Mix lots of parmesan in with the spaghetti. Then add the bacon and mushrooms. Add cilantro and pepper (or not).
Serve (or not).
