Tandoori Salmon

Very easy & tasty!
1 lb salmon, or other firm fish
1/2 cup yogurt (fat-free OK)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 inch piece of fresh peeled ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (isn't excessive)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
- Dice the fish into bite-size cubes.
- Mince, grate or grind the ginger and garlic to a paste. Add yogurt and all remaining ingredients. (A paste
gives a more pleasing texture than mincing).
- Marinate the fish in the yogurt sauce for 1/2 hr. Preheat oven to 400F.
- Baked marinated fish for 10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily. Serve.
