Tandoori Salmon

Very easy & tasty!

1 lb salmon, or other firm fish

1/2 cup yogurt (fat-free OK)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 inch piece of fresh peeled ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (isn't excessive)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
