Merge tag 'efi-2019-07-rc4' of git://git.denx.de/u-boot-efi
Pull request for UEFI sub-system for v2019.07-rc4
Corrections for boottime services for protocols and for the SetTime()
service are provided.
Error messages for the 'setenv -e' and 'bootefi bootmgr' commands are
added.
