Nokia RX-51: Revert back onenand defitions
In commit commit 43ede0bca7fc ("Kconfig: Migrate MTDIDS_DEFAULT /
MTDPARTS_DEFAULT") were removed definitions for onenand partitions.
Revert them back and enable needed options for onenand support.
