snapdragon: Add DRAM detection & FDT fixup
Fixup the Linux FDT with the detection of onboard DRAM as provided by SBL (Secondary boot loader) by reading the shared-memory region. Signed-off-by: Ramon Fried <ramon.fried@gmail.com>
