strings cmd: drop old CONFIG_CFG_STRINGS define
We don't need CONFIG_CFG_STRINGS anymore now that we have the define CONFIG_CMD_STRINGS and Makefile control. Signed-off-by: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
